Services are intended for professional career development and hiring activities in the oil and gas industry. Misuse, including fraud, impersonation, or falsifying qualifications, is prohibited.
Applicants and users must meet the minimum legal working age for the position and jurisdiction. Where additional age requirements apply to certain roles, those will be indicated in role descriptions.
Users must use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Activities that infringe rights, spread malware, or attempt unauthorized access are forbidden and may result in account suspension.
Evolixix services are offered from Thailand. Availability of specific recruitment processes may be restricted by employer location, visa requirements, or local labor laws. Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their residency and potential employment locations.
Account and profile
Creating a candidate profile enables CV submission, job alerts, and application tracking. Profiles should reflect your true professional experience and contact details to allow employers to evaluate suitability for managerial roles.
You are responsible for keeping profile information accurate and up to date. Providing misleading or fraudulent information may lead to removal from the platform and notifications to prospective employers.
Protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify [email protected]. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot ensure absolute protection against all threats.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to act on your behalf without disclosure is discouraged and may compromise your application integrity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that undermines fair recruitment practices. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute reported issues.

Services include CV submission, candidate screening, reference checks, interview coaching, and introductions to employers for managerial positions. We provide case-driven career paths, example scenarios, and practical role transition plans based on market experience.
We may modify or discontinue services at any time. Changes that materially affect active recruitment processes will be communicated to affected users. Users remain responsible for decisions made using information from evolixix.digital.
Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, or network issues. We use reasonable measures to maintain uptime but do not promise uninterrupted access.
Code of conduct
To maintain a professional community, users must follow these rules when interacting with evolixix and other users.
- Provide truthful and verifiable employment history and qualifications.
- Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or harassing language in communications.
- Do not submit multiple applications for the same role unless requested.
- Respect confidentiality of employer interview materials and assessments.
- Do not use the platform to solicit unrelated services or engage in spam.

User content and submissions
By submitting a resume, profile, message, or other content to evolixix.digital, you grant certain rights and accept responsibilities described below.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not violate third-party rights.
By submitting content you grant evolixix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, and share your information with potential employers, partners, and service providers solely for recruitment and related services.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions. Do not include sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for employment consideration unless specifically requested.
You may request removal of your profile or application data by contacting [email protected]. We will process removal requests consistent with legal obligations and legitimate business needs for recordkeeping.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on evolixix.digital, except user-submitted content, are the intellectual property of evolixix or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

- Use of logos, activity, or service marks requires explicit permission.
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights identified within job postings and employer materials.
Paid services and consultancy
Evolixix offers optional paid services, such as CV polishing, targeted candidate searches, interview coaching, and bespoke employer search assignments for senior roles.
Pricing for paid services is provided in the service description and confirmed during checkout or proposal. Fees vary by service scope and employer engagement complexity.
Payments are accepted via the methods specified at purchase. Invoices include applicable taxes and currency details. Payment must be completed to begin the contracted service.
Subscription-based services, if offered, run for the stated billing cycle. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation policies are provided at signup and in the invoice.
Refunds for paid services are considered on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate requests based on service delivery, documented outcomes, and whether material deliverables were provided.
Clients may cancel paid services according to the cancellation terms provided at purchase. Cancellation may not relieve outstanding obligations for services already performed.
Clients are responsible for any applicable local taxes, duties, or withholding required by local law. Where required, we will include tax information on invoices.
Service prices may change for new orders. Existing confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and withholding of deliverables until payment is received.

Limitation of liability

Third-party services and employers
We facilitate introductions and may share candidate details with employers and recruitment partners. Any contractual relationship for employment is between the candidate and the hiring employer. We are not a party to employment contracts unless expressly stated.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to services for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or fraudulent activity. Users may close their account or request data removal as described in the privacy section.
Termination may remove access to job applications, stored CVs, and communications. We may retain certain data for legal compliance and dispute resolution according to our data retention policy.
Privacy and data protection

Communications and notifications

Governing law
